The planning commission has released the new School Board distinct maps. This is not to be confused with the new upcoming school zone maps (which will show the new school lines for all our schools with the incoming Kirkwood schools). District 7, the district in which I am running, is in green and has practically doubled in size. If you live live in districts 1, 3, 5, or 7 – your School Board seat is up for reelection this year. Currently, no seat other than 7 has had an official challenger submit paperwork to run as a candidate.
