Every year my Elementary School alma mater and my Campaign Treasurer’s School (she is a teacher at EMES), East Montgomery Elementary School, has an annual Fall Festival. Sadly, last year because of Covid we were unable to have it. I was so thankful to be able to help our school’s PTO run games for hours in the theater. It was a TON of fun! I had five kids knock down all the pumpkins, including a sweet four-year-old girl.
Let me encourage all the parents out there… get involved any way you can in your children’s education. Get engaged in the Parent Teacher Organization at your child’s school.
